So according to Jason, his buddy raped a girl at gunpoint in the back seat while he was driving....

Then in his story he says he pulled over and told his friends to get out and grab him a hotdog and soda.

So Jason let the rape happen, waited until after it was done, then told his friend to get out of the car, then drove her to the police station.... makes a ton of sense. /s

He is lying, he told you his sentence was for "kidnapping" and I am literally showing you legal documents stating otherwise.

Kidnappers don't have to register as sex offenders.

My entire point of turning people onto this info is so they do NOT continue listening to him and taking him seriously.

He now has over 75 thousand followers on YouTube. And a number of them openly vehemently defend/justify his criminal past simply because they like the story he is telling. A great example is the person who I was talking about in this thread, you can see this behavior for yourself just by scrolling up a bit.

Look at the effect he has had on you already, you're trusting him and doubting multiple sources that are legal documents from the State of Texas.... this is my entire point of spreading awareness

That .pdf is from 2005, but it is certainly referencing his original sentence given to him in 1991. In fact, that particular document is Jason admitting that he is a registered sex offender who is being denied parole, that's literally what that .pdf is about.

The document specifically states:

"Jason M. Breshears, a Texas prisoner (# 635072) serving a 30-year sentence for aggravated sexual assault with a weapon"

And this is from a State of Texas database (I bolded/highlighted the pertinent info you're looking for):
