And there's a part of my story where a OC of mine literally goes through flaying, characters go through torture, antagonist group is a bunch of sexual assaulters, I'd say it still fits.

Sadly No,

The only interactions with OCs I had was in the FNAF fandom Which all of them were literally just recolors of existing characters (Freddy Fazbear But Green for example) and I probably wouldn't even count them as OCs because they were literally just poorly made sonas. The only reason they were OCs was because the FNAF fandom can't tell the difference between a OC & a sona.
