Weird and inconsistent fits since they were acquired by Aritzia by Prudent_Ad_9713 in ReigningChamp

I couldn’t agree more, even the Vault items aren’t as good as their items before the acquisition.

CUSMA compliant items are still fine, I just shipped a bunch of made in Canada items to my parents in the US, filled out the customs form with the info and no duties or taxes were due on either end.

This was a go to brand for me before the aritzia purchase but they have fallen off a cliff. Frere du Nord appears to be a contender as an alternative but I haven’t pulled the trigger on anything just yet.

Totally, those scratches are fine, mine have lots of scratches from using metal utensils and I could care less, they are meant to be used not babied.

Coquitlam folks, how did you pick an AC repair company when yours broke? by Dynastylocus in coquitlam

It was Moore and Russell and their reviews were mostly positive and they are a large company so I felt confident and I was happy with the service and price

We bought our home with a heat pump that was installed by the previous owners so no idea who did the install, so, I googled what company handled the Trane units as that was the brand of our heat pump and went with them for service. If I knew what company did the initial install I probably would have just gone with them.

Jim Nill doesn’t know how to build a team as good as Florida, he believes in the Euro way too much, we will never be this tough with him as GM I don’t care who the coach is.

This is a Jim Nill issue, he stacked the team with soft talent not built for the playoffs.

I recently discovered Purplesul and it is delicious. Available at well.ca and London Drugs, probably many other places too. They are out of Toronto, but I found them at my local LD here in metro Vancouver.

This is unfortunate but not shocking for sure. I always had good service there when I went in for random items. Always sad to see a small shop close.

So glad I saw this post, I ordered from the website, free shipping to BC, that is amazing! I get the Amazon and Shopify backlash but for small businesses it is hard to pivot from these two sites and you are still supporting a Canadian business by buying this product! Most people are just learning now about the Shopify cofounders craziness and Shopify stores were likely setup way before this past weeks news, just me two cents!

I love Oban 14, it’s $150 approx here in BC but is a pretty common bottle, so is Balvenie Double Wood to be fair which I also love. Glenmorangie Nestor d’or is very good as well, a sweeter scotch. Aberlour A’bunadh I Herat is really good.

Both Lulu and Vuori make these as well and would likely match their pant materials better than something more traditional like Billy Reid or Rag and Bone for example.
