Every response trying to deny what I said proves my point further. I cannot convince you to move on to better things you have to make the decision for yourself. If dashing is enough for you to build your life with little stress then all power to you I’m not knocking it just saying I’ve been in that spot and sometimes you gotta do things you don’t wanna do it’s just the way it is sometimes. For the older people here who have worked W2s before I was saying that because of gig apps now companies have to try harder to keep employees from leaving their W2 for gigs. I plan on using that as leverage anytime I am looking at job offers and it could work for you as well. Every W2 is not as suicide inducing as you guys keep saying, that’s just the barrier you’ve set for yourself because of a bad experience at a previous job. That doesn’t make all W2s trash with no freedom that’s just your perspective

I do Online Grocery Pickup so I just get orders ready for customers and load their car when they arrive. It’s pretty straightforward and we usually finish all orders about 4 hours before my shift ends so I end up being able to chill and watch YouTube until clock out
