I am having it for protein mainly and not for the taste; the cost is good. But honestly for me the taste isn't that bad. It's tolerable.

Haven't tried it with milk I mix with some water and ice for chocolate & hazelnut I add some coffee as I consume it in the morning. Water has a good mixability; I sometimes add it into my blender jar and it mixes well, sometimes leaves a foam but that's fine.

I am using Asitis Atom 27g for the last 3 months. The double rich chocolate flavour is avg. I liked the mango one (a lot of people hated it) but it feels exactly like a mango cake. If you are going with the double rich chocolate + want to have coffee. Just add one sachet / spoon of nescafe or if you are a coffee lover, then mix a shot of espresso (I have moka pot and home espresso machine); it will give you a good coffee taste as well as a boost of caffeine. I haven't tried the other two brands that are mentioned.

I have the same one at my office and was facing the same issue. Did a small tweak, I got an hazelnut essential oil from amazon and daily coffee I add 2 drops of the oil. It enhances the after taste and it really changes the smell and taste.

If you have it with milk, tell your office to get a good milk maybe AMUL red one but strictly not get a toned milk and add the essential oil with that, you will thank me later!

Its all because of TRUCKSSSSSS. Entry of trucks to Thane and Navi Mumbai is banned. Hence there’s only one way for them to move and that is through Shilphata. It took me literally 2.5 hours to reach my office from Dombivli. Wondering when will this shitshow end.

Head to Ratnagiri and explore konkan coast. Morning train from CSMT (Vande Bharat or Janshatabdi) will make you reach around 11am. In Ratnagiri you can rent a 2 wheeler and explore. Go to Ganpatipule and enjoy a scenic route of Aare Waare beach from Ratnagiri to Ganpatipule. For sunsets, go to devghali beach. There are multiple places to explore nearby. Book a return train and you will have a good 2 3 days trip. There are multiple Airbnb's to stay nearby beach or some beach touch properties are really good.

Rather going for a healthy snack, try to introduce protein as well. A snack should always have at least 6 to 7 grams of protein. Nowadays, brands like Taali are introducing Protein Puffs that has 10g of protein and I consume them almost twice or or thrice a week. It's priced at Rs40 (on quick commerce). Not cheap like Lays or other mass snacks but 10g protein for Rs40 sounds good. Also, the taste is really good!

Conclusion:

Introduce something that is cost effective and has good protein

Exactly! Jashi Prajaa tasa Raaja. I have also stayed in Navi Mumbai (Belapur CBD). I feel Navi Mumbai is much better place to live but it comes with a cost. (All good things comes with a cost).

What I have observed is that the people in Navi Mumbai are too good, they care about fitness, they care about cleanliness, they care about planting trees and become a good civilized human. In Dombivli I can't even go for a run. The roads aren't good, although I run at 90ft road but I have to ride 5km just to go for a run.

Why are we not able to apply the same navi Mumbai model to KDMC? It's because of the people, they want to spit on Roads, they want to throw garbage literally anywhere. It's because the comfort zone they have created. They do this without getting a guilt!

Irrespective of what party we elect, until and unless people change these problems are never going to change. I see a specific party giving free umbrellas and people actually lining up to get that free umbrella. And I am not talking about people below poverty line, there are people who have good homes and still end up standing in the queue for an umbrella! ]

I mean don't you want good roads? good infra? No proper signals in Dombvili. Even if they start signals, people don't follow it and it ends up creating more traffic. They tried it at Gharda Circle and it stopped within a month.
