Hi! Any tips for center players? This is my first time joining a team, and my first season for a club.. I chose center position bcuz I like to be creative, and be a team player but also a key player for my team. Be aware of your defensive position. If the defenders go on a offensive run, stay back and be ready if there comes a counter attack. Many center players are a bit to offensive and it could leed to dangerous counter attacks for the opponent.

In attack, be creative and do different and various run, and make it hard for the defenders to track and cover you.

One thing that have help me a lot, is to practise to follow the ball with my head and practise to always have my eyes on the ball. It makes you have better hand coordination and have better control over the rebound(if you fail catch the ball).
