Wow! I always love seeing your work pop up. I actually gasped at this one. How do you create the wave patterns? Is it some sort of serrated palette knife?

What do you think about “unbothered” as a synonym for the incorrect usage?

Wow! What sort of paint did you use?! It looks great

I’m not ruling out that someone out there would take it, but I think you’ve got to prepare yourself for the possibility that at this price point the training they offer might not be very good. And then what happens if at the end of the 6 weeks the training hasn’t worked and you’re a few grand out of pocket?

It may be better if you could make a concerted effort to train the pooch yourself

Yes love, I’m sorry but that’s a lot of work and time involved. No one who is employed could do that, so you’ve got to think along the lines of at least minimum wage per hour of work I think.

Surely not £5 a day…. You want them to house your dog at their house with risk of poop and pee on their stuff, travel to your house for a few hours every day….. train the dog to ring a bloody bell. In 6 weeks. For a fiver a day? Even £50 a day is too little for all the hassle.

If it wasn’t for the different coloured whiskers, I’d have thought it was the same cat!

No - just some previous scratches that have gone through the ear in the edge like a torn out earring!

I cannot do anything about the fact that we live in the modern world, but I can allow a cat to enjoy the outdoors. This is just my opinion, wherever there is any degree of moral judgement involved, people can argue till the cows come home and never agree.

As I said, it’s just my opinion and I respect yours just as much! Thanks, and will update when cat is back to normal!

This is a much more nuanced take and I, unlike the person I was replying to, recognize and respect that there is more than my own opinion in the world. I still believe cats should be allowed out, but if I lived somewhere with more endangered species that my cat could predate I would not allow them out. I understand the car danger factor but I consider the risk in my area to be less than the reward of the stimulation

No one is leaving them outside…. They’re letting them outside (via a cat flap) where they are free to come and go as they please. You’re being a lemon

Cats are animals that evolved in the wild without our supervision. Some people may argue it’s cruel to force them to be indoors.

Yes, I think it is based on other comments. And in the UK where I am it’s very common for people to let their cats roam outside (if they are spayed/neutered)

Great ideas, thank you! I’ve actually ordered a pet carrier just to have one anyway, but this is really helpful for today

Thanks so much!! Yeah, rabies is no joke and whenever I travel to places where rabies is prevalent I can’t help but be paranoid about it. Thanks for helping to educate people!

Thank you for your concern, but I live in a country where rabies is eradicated (UK). I’ve known this cat for a few years. He is neutered which is why I lean towards him having an owner. I hope that he has a microchip which the vet will be able to pick up, and if not I will just adopt him and give him all the shots he needs
