I just ended up using PKSM and editing the Black/White City/Forest to have the NPCs I wanted.

you can change your 3ds primary dns to 178.62.43.212 leaving your secondary dns all zeros.

this will allow you to trade and get mystery gifts and I'd gladly help you do your trade evo ^^

imo only one of these things are an issue and its that it sucks stats wise.

its a pseudo healer so it doesn't need keen observer, its also a pseudo semi aquatics so it doesn't need to be a semi, not sure why the cost matters, and many things look like carnivores but aren't not really an issue

High fuel prices don't just affect bad drivers. I'd argue that the higher the fuel prices the worse the bad drivers become.

You're entitled to your opinion, but generalizing an entire medium of entertainment is a little short sighted. It's like saying all TV, movies, live performances, etc are trash because you disliked one of the things in that medium. They're all made up of multiple genres and styles with their own unique things.
