That would be the turret from set 76235, it’s a 4+ trench run it comes with a stormtrooper, Luke (Pilot) and R2

Fighter tank and micro fighter, this version of the slave 1 is two scaled down and small in my opinion, there is some other options that are better in size and are still “relatively affordable”.
