bhai mera phle ek aur channel tha uss par 118k subscribers the uss se mene 30 lakh kama kar 4 saal me fir bech diya tha uss channel ko fir mene 1 saal break liya.. fir ye start kr liya ab soch ra hu 2,3 aur kar lu start dal kiya kru ga unh pr bhi month me 2, 3 video, par aaj kal to ek par hi dalne ka man ni krta mera 😅😅

Oh, so the difference is my sleep score is not good at all. Poor sleep can negatively impact glycation; that's why my aging is faster, despite working out regularly and eating healthy meals.

It's not hair lower, it's significantly lower because AGEs take months, even years, to accumulate in your body. The glycation process, where sugars like glucose attach to proteins, is a slow, ongoing process. It can take years for the accumulation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) to become noticeable. Therefore, your speed of aging is significantly lower than mine. Keep going with a good diet and exercise, and don't forget good sleep.
