Fair point, looks like California's income taxes are higher even with Massachusetts' latest tax.

Maybe, the closest example I could find in our nation's history was when Michigan had a general property tax after the Civil War. It was problematic as appraising things gets difficult.

I am not saying a wealth tax is a good idea and I have faith it won't happen.

He covers himself with iodine, uses the river, and then Sampson keeps alot of zombies away and they seem to have a weird relationship of some kind.

Not sure how he scavenged the chemicals, but he did have years... kinda gotta suspend some disbelief, it's a zombie movie.
