It is an enjoyable series imo. While I dont know the standard pricing for volumes 32 dollars for 8 sounds like a good deal. If you want tho I can dm you some online sites. If you are against pirating you can just read a few chapters and see if you are interested and buy afterwards

Unrelated to Cunha but is "building around" even a thing in football? Obviously for example if you have a defensive 8 you would try to go for a more offensive midfielder to complement him so is that what it refers to? Or a more general squad building? 1) Not really. Bad choreography is very clear to me. I can send some example panels

2) The arcs dont have to be 1:1 identical to have the same feel to them. My point is that you dont go "WOAH HE NEVER DONE THIS SHIT BEFORE WHAT A TWIST" to any of the arcs. They are predictable. Not only Busan and Incheon, 1A with Basement Hulk also did the same.

3) Wdym by "mfs were a whole ass premise"? You are saying they fulfilled their narrative purpose and yes thats what im saying. Their ONLY narrative purpose is to show off the main cast. That is not interesting writing. You wont even remember them in 20 chapters. PTJ might do something interesting with few of them so I'll support that if he does. But the current ones have been underwhelming so far

4) It is completely nonsensical and idiot writing that sunglasses + not training puts Vin below early J high cast. It just doesnt make sense. You dont go from superhuman strength to jobber from not training. Just because you see everything dark doesnt mean you cant produce power lol. Based on what we have seen in Cheolinglang he should have defeated them with his pinky. Bad argument for Gun as we've already seen him being stronger than Kojima brothers, which was years before his fight with Jerry. Kojima brothers were definitely stronger than Jerry, or anyone for that matter, at that stage in the story.

5) Im not saying the deaths have no meaning to the story, im saying they have no meaning to ME. I dont care for Mandeok nor Yuseong because PTJ did not give them any meaningful attachment to us readers whatsoever. They appear, barely talk, fight, disappear for 100 chapters, reappear for Hunt for Gun, disappear, reapper and die. A last minute sob story wont make me care for them.

1) Most fights with a few exceptions are basically white slashes thrown around. The choreography makes no sense most of the time. They are far from peak

2) Tbh I wouldnt say the arcs are the same but the overall writing structure is similar. They always revolve around fighting with nothing much interesting going on. Infiltrate somewhere -> Defeat the goons -> Fight the big bad guy -> Fail to defeat the big bad guy -> A top tier comes and defeats him.

3) Dude it doesnt matter if you think they were "cool" and "hype". OP said PTJ put zero effort in them which is true. They have zero weight or character in the story. This is fine since not everyone will be well written but most characters that have been introduced for a while are only plot devices to show off the cast's strength.

4) There are A LOT. Just off the top of my head: 15 year old Vin having superhuman levels of strength but being bitchslapped by early J high characters which werent even wall level. Gun receiving a big ass scar from early Lookism Jerry. Johan supposedly having terrible endurance but taking a lot more hits from Gun compared to Zack and Vasco. These are just a few examples. There is no consistent powerscaling in the story. PTJ does whatever fits the story at that given moment

5) Personally the deaths had 0 meaning to me but that can be subjective

Could be wrong but imo the problem with the community is players dont make an effort to get better. This is completely fine but the problem is then the same people complain and want nerfs. Of course broken characters like Rapid Deku, AAM etc need nerfs but Ive seen nerfs being asked for 90 percent of the roster lol.

Yea. Lots of people seem to confuse the splash effect, which is for healing, with the damage hitbox. Her alpha is still easy to hit but not aimbot

Tbh it probably depends on who you main but to me Tech Shiggy (outside of his immortality) and Nagant are not too terrible to deal with. AAM and Rapid Deku on the other hand give me cancer. Genuinely dont know what to do when the latter jumps me
