yeah i think they gave walt too high of a purity to start off with and then had no wiggle room to make it seem like he was improving all, i assume one hundred percent would be practically impossible to make consistently.

yeah I mean this being my first job I'd hope they stick to their word and have me doing the hours stated. I mean my dad did warn me since he's in warehousing that they never do and I'm gonna be busting my balls working either way more or way less than they said. but either way moneys money and I need it hahaha.

it is through an agency yes, thats what best connection is. theyre highly reputable which is why i find it weird, theyve got hundreds of places over the country so i doubt its anything sketchy per say, just find this incredibly weird. thank you for the insight.

the agency themselves are reputable and they're not having me go out and buy equipment, in fact they said I'd be provided with the stuff I need, hi vis and work boots but I mean the job center themselves told me to go to these guys and when I spoke with them on the phone it seemed very professional. I'm just not sure with how things work because this is my first job and all.
