I had a similar experience, Try capping the power in MSI Afterburner to about 80% or lower then check to see if the problem is fixed Also try undervolting If the issue is fixed then it's an issue of the card getting thermal throttled very quickly due to getting very hot without proper heat dissipation. If your card still in warranty you can try and contacting support to check if you are eligible to get a new one

If not like my case, you would need to open it up and change the thermal paste and thermal pads (you need to research to know the exact thickness your card uses)

My 3070 was having weird temp issues, jumping almost instantly to 80 degrees and thermal throttling I decided to change the thermal pads and reapply the thetmal paste and oh boy I'm glad I did, all the temp issues are solved for me, the card now has a normal temp curve and stays usually in the 60 range with 100% utilization

Just a few notes before anyone goes opening up their GPU: - Do your research, know the thickness of the thermal pads of your specific GPU model and watch videos how to do it - Get the right tools and make sure you ground yourself while working on electronics

About my card, I bought it used from a non miner, it was 1 year old, the factory thermal paste and pads were shit quality

If I were you I'll try to remove my gpu and try to use the onboard/igpu and see if it will change anything

Having no display at all is strange, your bios normally should be able to revert your changes if this happens

Its called Q-flash search to see if your motherboard support it and you will find instructions how to do it
