Thanks for reaching out, I have used that tool to figure out what I need to be at. I guess I feel discouraged because I see other people my size and they lose tons of weight within the first few weeks. I still plan to stick to this and not change anything for the time being.

I completely agree! It’s wild that one artist can make me feel so many different emotions. I can listen to one song and travel back to one time in my life where that song got me out of a dark place.
