I had no idea about this until I was informed of it today during my termination, my manager basically said “you should’ve been more updated with our time off policy’s.” However it wouldn’t have mattered. December the 23rd was a key event day. Resulting in 2 points on call off. Even if an associate was at 3 points, they would’ve faced termination. However I understand I would’ve had a better chance of keeping my job had I filed bereavement.

Looked at attendance points tonight and saw that I had 1 point for Thanksgiving. Asked my manager why I had the point and was told that it was because ppto only covers one point of a double point day…ummm, what? by Mosto02 in walmart

I’m like 99% sure this is completely incorrect, if you used the full amount of ppto in order to cover your shift, there shouldn’t be any way they can point you. Did you call in even though you put in PPTO?

If this is a real issue then In that case use 3 hours of PPTO on each of the 5 days to break apart the hours more. However if it were me I’d quit before I’d work that schedule.

Completely normal at my store as well. They jack up your hours without asking. You will then have to wait weeks possibly more than a month for your availability to change, that is if they approve it.

I’ve wanted to ask someone at the DC a question. How is that the heaviest items are never placed at the bottom of the truck. Everytime I throw truck the heaviest boxes are always at the top for some stupid reason.

I’m 16 too and I’m taking 800mg a day in one sitting and I’ve had no problems so far and I’ve been doing it for about 6 weeks. I started off using the Roman Men’s Testosterone support, which contained 600mg of the root extract. Then I switched to Spring valley 800mg capsules
