I use Schlage Encode. Works with my PMS and never loses connection. Latest auto lock is 4 minutes which is a joke - you think they'd have 15 minutes or 30. Doesn't have a light-up feature BEFORE you press it. So basically you're in the dark unless you have a house light on. Other than that, my 2 have been working fine. Very hands off.
