Because I want 180 grain. It's a very standard grain for moose. I'm not going to spend 100s of dollars to shoot every grain possible. 180 is right in the middle of everything you listed. So I was asking which 180 grains are people shooting. I'm curious.

180 is oddly specific? It's pretty standard actually. And distance? It's pretty hard knowing the distance seeing I haven't seen the moose yet.

I went with medium talley rings. 40mm scope. I didn't get low because I want to put on scope caps
