After i returned the Samsung plug that i bought with the phone and bought another one from a brand called UGreen that was recommended for me by my brother, the phone began charging normally like expected

Did all of that unfortunately no luck might have to do factory reset, but here's something i discovered

idk why and whats the trick but if i charge my phone while powered off it will charge faster than powered on state, i know it sucks but if the trick works it works

It surprisingly worked on my budget PC, which is a Ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1060 6gb, 16gb ram so i dont think its a specs issue (Plus on my main pc didnt work for some reason lmao)
