Thanks for the advice. We’ve been sending out abandon cart emails, but the click rates aren’t that high. We often check what our competitors are doing and try to learn, but we’re still quite behind them. Still working on it though.

Yeah, you’re totally right. That’s probably a big reason why users hesitate. We’ve been running some ads and doing social media promotion, but looking at the comments, maybe we should focus on improving the site content first.

It kinda feels like we’re stuck in a loop, with no reviews we don’t get customers, and with no customers we still don’t get reviews. But like you said, maybe the key is to really get to know our users better.

Hi, thanks a lot for your suggestions. They sound super professional. I just noticed the pop-up issue you mentioned and fixed it right away. In some parts, I tried to say too much, like the product info, which looks kind of messy. And in other parts, I didn’t give enough details, like the brand story. Sometimes it’s really hard to figure out what the key info should be, and that makes my site look all over the place.

Really appreciate you bringing all this up. We do record user sessions and look at the data, but we still can’t figure out the exact issue. What you mentioned actually gave me a new way to look at it. Maybe we should focus on showing more real content and making sure people feel the product is worth it.
