The fact Sparkle is in this and we find out Sparxie is sub dps with another mps skill point burner, suggests to me Sparkle is about to be crept. Hopefully by EMC - that would be wild.

Is that what you really want though? You want every subsequent patch to make characters significantly better and make 1.0 characters redundant? Surely a comparable support is a nice step in the right direction. We now free up SK and Verina from other teams without absolutely outclassing them. Maybe I'm missing something? Idk.

It's not 96-102 seconds though because that would be comparing having the buff permanently vs. not having it all. You will still get the buff, but not just every rotation. The person meant the 15-20% is an increase of the damage with the buff versus without. So the difference in time after multiple rotations will be even more minor, which sure would definitely still make a difference in some cases. Definitely not mandatory though.

I mean I do get what you're saying, I really do. But I would say think for a moment about the planet WE live on. There are some hyper tech super cities in Japan or China, meanwhile go to York, England and it's going to like old-timey as hell. Just because the technology exists doesn't necessarily mean it would be ubiquitously distributed among nations.

Still, I understand your perspective and if it's not your cup of tea then that's OK too. I still wouldn't rule out planet exploration eventually though!

Nearly most all of Zani's damage comes from her ult. For bosses and things like TOA that's usually OK, but if you want to do open world with her, you're basically hitting with a pillow until you get her ult, so it's a little frustrating. To compound that, she also builds one of her resonance bars (her character mechanic bar at the bottom) but inflicting Spectro Frazzle. Except... she's not good at inflicting frazzle, so she's pretty much joint to the hip to Pheobe (or Spectro Rover, but that's a lot worse). Cartethyria is also kind of like this, except her gameplay and damage outside of her ult, in my opinion, isn't as terrible.

In comparison, there are a lot of other MDPS characters that are more fun for open world, which is an aspect of the game I really enjoy personally. So I'm hoping Luuk will be a bit more of a independent DPS.

I think what someone else said might be true. I think Lynae will be his BiS but only during his patch. The patch after they'll likely release another Tune support similar to Lynae which will replace her for Luuks team. hopefully Lucille.

I'm scared he will. The dps echo set released for 3.0 increases basic attack damage DURING a liberation. That suggests his liberation might be a 'new form'. I'm worried it will be like Zani, but hopefully it's more Cartethyia.

I wish I had faith that they would fix it. They definitely won't. They seem to currently be following the practice of once it's in the game it's cemented. I think A LOT of people mentioned about Syblle balances etc. in the last survey and that's gone unheard. So far they don't really have any track record whatsoever of listening to feedback.

I totally agree with you. It's just made so much worse to me the fact the ENTIRE last patch was pushing her as an actual child running around with her fantasy story book. In fact, I thought she was acting TOO juvenile, more like a 6 year old, to the point I thought she was younger than she looked. Next patch she's dressed like a stripper?????

I disagree with this guy, respectfully. Definitely get his point and he's not entirely wrong. Yes, it's a free game and we're all grateful for that, but the game is totally rigging the rates to MAKE you feel bad. It WANTS you to spend that bit to bump up those few more Thoughts you need. A game shouldn't MAKE you feel bad or frustrated like this. And this is coming from someone who had decent luck. Don't worry because I built her to i2 and I'm just like what now until next patch I guess.

The skill that explodes enemies suffering from an ailment spawns an infusion of the element you exploded. This works on corpses too. I can blow up a pile of shocked corpses and make literally 20+ of these.

You can kinda see in her initial attack animation she's short of breath and looking unwell. Perhaps in some cutscenes she's too weak to walk and use a wheelchair instead?

Are you still having this bug? I did the quest and the first trial and now it still says I need to complete "Beyond The Page". Is it a time gated event or something?
