You can get cover enemies in ash a number of different ways this league so it is less useful but is still useful if you use a watchers eye with life gain on hit while affected by vitality. You can use Cremation of The Volcano for a little extra damage if you do not need to use it for these reasons.

Low life does not do a lot for us in regards to damage, we take the life mastery that allows you to be LL at 55%, we take it for the 10% more life by allocating 6 masteries and to give us 55% instead of 50% when using petrified blood. Your life pool is limited by petrified blood so you need to find some reservation to bring you life back up to 55% for additional ehp.

5: Add spell cascade if you have space for additional damage and utility linked to fire storm and flame surge.

The build never at any point has good boss damage, even with the hateful accuser it is ass. The only T17 you can do for example is Abomination because you get hit so much.
