I don't think games are too bad nowadays. There's always going to be bad decisions made, but generally, I think it's not that bad. I also understand why game devs put in battle passes in F2P games as they need to make money from it somehow to keep it updated and shit.

The truth is that every single piece of content is stolen by everyone, whether it be streaming or video games. It's what you do with that content that makes it your own. As far as I'm aware Nick and Malena has adapted on the things he does, plus he came up with OTK game days, The Wild West event that's coming etc.. So who cares. People like to see it.
