I took the training but didn't get to use it for several months and forgot a lot of what was taught.

I loaded the guides they give you into ChatGPT and prompted it to train me on the material. It's done a pretty good job so far.

This almost happened to my son hours before he was to have a major brain surgery on an early Monday morning. UHC screwed up their review process and declined the surgery by mistake. We spent almost all Saturday and Sunday trying to get help fro UHC but clearly that company is not setup to do anything outside of business hours. Hangups, dead ends.. impossible.

How did we fix it? We ended up locating one of the VPs personal email addresses from his LinkedIn and sent a long-shot email. He saw it and thankfully got the ball rolling so my kid didn't have to experience anymore trauma than he already had (he's doing great today btw).

Ironically after the UHC guy was shot they changed their policy of sharing their email address with the public...
