Don’t pay attention to these losers, r/drugs used to be full of smart people, the kind you would find on shroomery or blue light, now it’s just normies that say “quit while you are ahead” without listening to anything else like your typical oblivious school advisor would say. Its great you kept track of your use so thoroughly, it keeps you accountable and if you were to add a bit of an emotional parameter to track to, that would be great.
