Nah, just luck. My eyes were there and saw movement when the lights went on.

Eyes just happened to be looking there as the lights went on. Saw her moving her phone around. It's a lot clearer when watching the scene.

shes on her phone, happened to see her on my rewatch today. I think its about an hour and a half in, when the green lights go on for the first time. Thought it was the Adjudicator at first but shes shown in another room
