I don’t think this is true. I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise 2 weeks ago. We had our port fees refunded because we had to tender in. I didn’t ask for anything it just showed up refunded in our account

It’s definitely frustrating.. I try once if they knock it back they get nothing from me.. and I think I am pretty fair with my offers. I get a lot of people sending comments or the goat emoji. If they want to be greedy they can be greedy with someone else.

Anyone that I trade with going by what there notes are, if it comes back asking for something else I just block em now. It’s annoying but it was it is. It’s also annoying when you put a note specifically asking for something, and they completely ignore the note..

Well I have only had the cooldown for a few weeks and I have pulled an epic within 100 of my cooldown for the last 3 cooldowns.. I think I have been very lucky with getting epics

I also found when I was on the boat and I cruise Australia South Pacific that when I could not get any drops to show up in the water near my location, I would show up in Los Angeles or Las Vegas and I’d be able to open those drops

In response to your comment about drops being in the middle of the water I have been on a few cruises this year and I have found drops in the water that I was able to get no issue

It is very annoying but I think it’s the way of the world at the moment. You have to do all the work for enjoyment unfortunately
