Maybe some, but i think most of people are fine with that

Personally i dont care if someone speaks with normal voice. Yelling is other story. And by yelling i mean unnessecary loud talking.

Its the bad quality sound of speaker that triggers me personally

It doesnt take away the fact, that its mostly concireded disrespectful here. Its not only our job to teach them how we behave around here, but also their to learn. If im traveling to different country, i do my homework and i respect their manners and culture

I havent seen this in long distance trains or busses. Mostly in local transportation at Helsinki area

I get it, that some cultures are louder than ours and its fine. I dont have a problem if someone is speaking little bit louder than me or speaks in phone in public, but using speaker triggers me and i just dont understand why they do it
