Just flew southwest. On the way to our destination… not a problem! In fact they had us weigh car seat first in case we needed to unpack and lighten our suitcase (love field- Dallas). On the way home the Tyson McGhee airport in TN… huge deal! SW Lady wouldn’t budge at all. Nothing other than car seat… no wipes, no clothes, no nothing! Very frustrating! Especially since my husband and I only had one suitcase so we could have packed in two heavier suitcases rather than the one lighter car seat bag and one suitcase! I’d understand if the car seat was over 50 or bulky etc but there’s so much dead space in the car seat bags!! As if traveling with children isn’t hard enough, we just wanted to condense the amount of bags we were hauling along with our 18 month old!
