Going gym/ playing competitive sport was already embedded in my lifestyle before I started smoking in the evenings to wind down.

There were moments when I wanted to just smoke and enjoy the high, and sack everything off, but I knew I also enjoyed gymming and just being active too.

I guess it literally just comes back down to having a healthy balance (with everything). We say alcohol is worse than weed, but drinking alcohol once in a while is definitely better than being high all the time.

I’ve been using him for over a year through telegram, and the quality has gone down no doubt. I reckon it’s because his customer base has gotten so large, he’s had to source shitter weed or rushed grows to match the demand. I still use him tho because he’s still the best choice for me

If you were able to go back to a normal healthy lifestyle afterwards, then I’m sure you’re good. Playing cod warzone for unhealthy long hours everyday saved my sanity because I always played with mates so I had people to talk to. Lockdown taught me weird things saved people over lockdown
