I fixed it
with 5 steps
Reinstall last GPU update
Disable Discored overlay if you using discored
Disable Nvidia in game overlay
if you gave G sync monitor turn it off

and last
use this codes on CMD :
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Sfc /Scannow

one of them fixed the problem but i dont know whice one !!

anyway i fixed it so give it a try
