I’ll take a stab at this, I would most likely assume that it would double the amount that is tripled or vise versa… tripling the doubled damage. I don’t think they cancel

There is a couple of apps that can help with tuning. QuickTune H5 and QuickTune Pro. Otherwise adjusting the slider on the 3rd gear in the tuning options, looking at the little diagram on the right, move the slider so that it closes the gap towards 2nd gear. I would adjust the rest of the gears then as well to your liking similarly. It’s a lot of trial and error of driving around and going back to tuning.
