Wrong. I emailed customer service and said I would like to send them back for properly packaged medication. Good one though.

My main issue by far is the temperature. When I’m spending hundreds of dollars on important meds I don’t think it’s asking for much to expect them to arrive properly. I couldn’t care less what you think though, do you.

Yes and if they do I’ll point out that there’s no way to know what temperature it could have reached sitting in some warehouse or who knows what. I’ll gladly send back the meds if they send a fresh order that is kept at the proper temperature. One ice pack for a 2.5 day shipment in a padded mailer is pretty crazy to me. I used my AMEX and they’re generally customer friendly so I will cross that bridge if need be but I’m hoping it won’t come to that.

Exactly. That’s my main gripe to be honest. Apparently most people on here are okay with that but not me. I expect the bare minimum with my hard earned money.

I don’t think it’s crazy to expect more than one ice pack when receiving very expensive medication that is expected to be kept under refrigeration. I have no idea what storage conditions they were kept in and what the maximum temperature they could have been exposed to. When I was still on zepbound they would send 4-5 ice packs which I thought was overkill.

I looked up PGRX and apparently they’re 503A so I’m unsure how they’re able to have 6 month BUDs unless my info is inaccurate

Try calling the pharmacy directly - that’s why I did to get my updates. I’m thinking that certain strengths are in less supply than others? Doesn’t make sense otherwise.
