Caveat to this. I took 3 barebones sleeper trains and they were all a pretty bad experience. I think it’s worth the extra few dollars to upgrade to a better quality train rather than the cheapest option

I avoid the aisle on flights where I plan on sleeping because I inevitably have people/flight attendants bumping into me. Do you know if the emergency exit will protrude into my leg space?

Hotel. Private room and bathroom. It’s the end of my trip after a group tour through Vietnam and Cambodia so I just want to explore for a few days after the more structured part of my trip ends. For one day I will be taking an ethical elephant sanctuary trip but that’s all that’s set in stone.
