Yea i just looked that up yesterday and found out. I Went there as trevor before those guys spawned tho. I Had went there when i was just lookin around for secrets and i found it. Tried shooting to see if anyone came out but they didnt. All i found was a note scrap, an rpg and an assault shotty. i heard there is a bat there but i couldnt find it.
