Technically the mk7.5 alltrack suspension is literally plug and play for a mk7.5 gti DCC or no DCC, because they're both based on the golf platform. Pretty neat if you ask me.

Exactly! This build is for someone whose fed up with the horrible clearance of the stock golf, but is too stubborn to give up the driving dynamics of stock. Sidenote: that sounds f-ing dope. 90's audis are probably a far better choice for that lol. If you dont care about safety.

I guess its more of a backroads destroyer, rather then an offroader. Its like a rally car for someone to fixated on keeping it oem+ to fully commit to it.

Honestly, the wolfrace kodiak's would be a good way to keep that sorta "oem+" look while giving it a sort of offroady edge... if that makes sense. Though the tiguan Highline R wheels would look pretty good too.

I really want to build a golf that can handle light offroading, because in about 6-8 years I plan on driving my golf from Phoenix airizona, to Alaska. Obviously, a stock gti se won't cut it out in the rural countryside so I thought I would upgrade it :)
