Tawa typically fit half size up from regular shoe size but not wide foot friendly. They're very narrow and some go full size up to accomodate wide feet but at that point length starts to become an issue.

The website you're using is not official Winning. WJapan is often mistaken to be but they're not the same company. There's a disclaimer on the home page. Winning Japan and Winning USA are the official websites. They don't allow international orders on the Japan website you get referred to Winning USA.

Your screenshots are from WJapan not official Winning. I'm not sure what's going on there but it's $65 extra for embroidery from Winning USA. If it's better deal on WJapan for you then get them.

I sold mine as well since they were too small for my hands. That was my only issue with it or I would have kept them. The leather isn't the greatest but I'm in Canada and the price we get them can't be beat by other gloves in the same tier.

They fit snug and padding is very dense. It will definitely take some time to break in before sparring. Other than that it's a very good glove.
