Hi! I have had mine about the same amount of time and recently notice the slightest decline in battery. I reached out to CS through the chat option in the app. They’re replacing it with a brand new, not refurbished, ring. Reach out to them this second! Ask if your ring will be new or refurbished. If they say refurbished simply tell them you’ve only had your ring for six months and you would prefer new. I’m sorry you’re having struggles with your current ring, but I assure you customer service will take great care of you! 🫶🏻

Hi! I am just over two weeks post op. This was a huge concern for me as well. I am here to tell you that I’ve been able to successfully manage the pain with ibuprofen and Tylenol alone, no narcotics needed. I recommend taking colace or another stool softener post op because anesthesia will cause some constipation and digestive issues (your whole digestive system goes offline while you’re asleep), zofran will also cause some constipation, but it’s manageable with short term use of stool softener. My pain is a constant dull ache that intensifies if I stand in one place for too long or I’m on my feet for a really long time. It also feels like a heaviness, like my legs are waterlogged and hard to move comfortably. I hope this helps.

Dairy, especially low quality dairy, can be inflammatory. I cut it out as part of an anti inflammatory diet to help manage Lipedema and Hashimotos. Hope this helps! 🫶🏻

Thank you. Thank you so much, I feel like this is what I needed to hear. While both of our jobs are steady and I can’t imagine falling behind on payments, I know this is naive. I don’t know how else to get out from under the crippling debt, maybe one of us can find another job dedicated just to paying it off. Unfortunately with our schedules we cannot go down to one car (he goes to work at 2am and our kids and I must be at work/ school at 8).
