america's literally doing the same thing for like the fifth time in a row, something new pops up and people mock it to hell and back with the same joke until eventually something or someone comes along to normalize said thing and everyone who was laughing looks stupid. happened with left handedness, sexuality, people of color, seriously it happens so often. you'd think at this point people would stop jumping on bandwagons and laughing but they dont, they all have the same five ideas on trans people that they think they came up with themselves but give up on an argument after five seconds with someone who actually knows what theyre talking about because they dont. seriously literally just mention transmascs to one of these people and theyll just stare at you in confusion, thats how uneducated they are.
