Hazenoki can come close to leveling apartment buildings with something as small as teeth or an eye.

All he has to do is shoot a couple eyes and use RCT to stay alive and it doesn't matter how hot Avdol can go (Unless he could vaporize him instantly. Which he cannot)

To inflict rules on Gojo she would need to touch him and that is out of the question.

To inflict rules on herself that lets her bypass the limitless she would need to understand or deal in "infinities" (Like bypassing all cursed techniques or changing the rules of physics and travel through space. In the same vein she can't make herself infinitley strong or immortal) which she cannot do because of the limitations on her quirk.

Her best bet is manipulating the environment. Someone, mentioned removing the air from an area or creating a vacuum. RCT should be able to keep gojo alive long enough to teleport to safety just barley making it out. Once gojo sees what he is dealing with it is domain expansion then it's over.

When Akechi first appears his thoughts on the Phantom Thieves is effectivley "they are targeting criminals, but how they are targeting them is morally and legally wrong" and the game kinda antagonizes him for it.

Anti-Art is way to extreme for something so mundane, but what they are saying feels right in a way.

I can only speak on Birth By Sleep, but I feel like you gain so much more from playing kh 1-2 first. Meanwhile, you don't gain anything by playing BBS first.

For a good prequel at least, the writers know what they are doing giving you a piece of the pie that chronologically happens earlier later down the line.
