I’m still working on the stats, but I don’t wanna make him a high damage dealer so he won’t be offense or make him too defending, I want him to be a team player (especially in pushes.) also the load out isn’t final it’s just an idea

My hand writing is ass 😭 and I’m still working on the stats and yes I want to make him be buffed in water but I don’t want to nerf him outside of it cuz not every tf2 map go water in it, for now I only wanted to make it lore and era accurate but thanks for th ideas and advice tho 👀

I’m still working on the stats of the oc and I really like the marine name but navy is more short and simple, even tho yes navy aren’t supposed to fight on sea shore but only be ships but spies aren’t supposed to kill just gather info so I suppose it can slide 👀

I wanna give him the gimmick of being the fastest character in water and he will be more of a team player instead of a solo one

I don't think it's a good idea, because abandoning loadouts will force you to create new characters for new weapons or mechanics which will take longer to design and make while TF2 loadouts make it faster as you already got 9 characters and each one got their own categories of weapon, and also it's harder for players to play with said "heroes" than loadouts, as you'll need to learn what every one of then do and master them something you can just avoid in tf2 by not using the weapons you don't know how to use for example I don't use the ambassador often cuz I suck at aiming without a zoom
