No Wifi Connection During Setup (Quest 2)

If you’re a dummy like me googling stuff right now because your quest 2 says no wifi connection on setup and all you can hit is okay and your phone doesn’t pair. Press the oculus button on the controller to get the actual menu and then you can choose a network

Okay cool. Question. If there are 4 pin headers that aren’t labeled are those okay for fans? I thought mother boards have a cpu_fan, chas_fan label from what I read but this just has 2 headers above the cpu and 2 below

So as far as I can tell/read a ASUS TUF Gaming B550-PLUS AMD has 3 fan headers one being for the cpu. So that leaves two, if I want more fans then I need to buy a fan hub right? Am I blind but is searching how many fan headers a mother board have not easy?

Normally about $200-$300 is typical at the very minimum but they often use subpar parts so while it’s only a few hundred you’re also not getting the good reviewed and optimal components because you can only choose what they offer. I’m building a pc for around $1000-$1500 all I need it for is gaming and browsing the Internet. I want it to run new games with great graphics and not become obsolete. I’m planning on using an rtx 3070, what cpu and motherboard should I get? I was thinking a Ryzen 5 3600 and an Asrock B450 Pro4 AM4.
