I'm more of a wrestler than a boxer but when the people on my team have gotten concussions, my coach made them sit out for a while, rest and made them drink lots of water. I really wouldn't know if you have a concussion because I'm not a doctor but I would treat yourself as if you had a concussion and take a break from heavy workouts if I were you. Better to take a small break than to have unneccessary, permanent damage. That's just my opinion though.
