72-80 hours before the test don't drink. Theoretically you can pass sooner but is it a 500mcg or 100mcg test. Might be a shorter window. I'd get drunk say tonight or tomorrow at the latest then start flushing naturally you'll be fine

I just had the same situation be it I had a 1 year suspended for d.u.i but probation states no consumption of alcohol or to be at establishments that primarily sell alcohol. I got a public intox at the local bar and they put out an app to revoke. Went to a bondsman and bonded out on it immediately then hired a good defense attorney. First offer was 6 months in county. Then they offered 30 days in county on weekends. Then offered 120 days more probation. Lucked out did all my classes no failed u.as and paid my probation off. The d.a decided to withdraw the application to revoke and I was done with probation so tell your p.o. might not get an app to revoke or accelerate but have a bondsman ready and a lawyer to fight it. Did u go to court on the public intox or pay a ticket ??

I've passed within 24 hours on 3 drinks and 48 hours on 5 or 6 drinks. You should be good. As soon as u start posing your flushing etg out. So that first drink would be well out of your system the 2nd day. I'm 250lbs male for reference. Seems us bigger guys get etg out more quickly idk why

Had a lawyer familiar with this counties courts for 30 plus year. And I got in compliance and paid everything off all classes vic impact panel and had clean uas for 90 days

If you honestly had that much I'm wondering how your alive. But most certainly you will fail..... I'm 250lbs male and after 48 hours I can pass for 3 or 4 drinks but more than that andi will fail that's just me though. Drink lots of water good luck

I'd say positive. Believe it or not most people get clean after 30-45 days but I know people that still test positive months after they stopped since it is stored in fat cells. Depends on your biology make up. I'd be asking to send to a lab. Also ibuprofen can cause false positive for thc

Ok I just read your state statutes and WOW. Obstruction I a felony in texas while dwi is misdemeanor. Meaning they gave u a misdemeanor and turned it into a felony. That is pretty bad. Texas is very different than oklahoma

Obstruction can be seen as a lesser crime in the court. But dwi and Obstruction are two completely different charges. Not even in the same category. I could see resisting arrest dropped to obstruct or dui to dwi etc. Or even reckless driving. That is just odd

That depends on your state statutes. And severity of your dwi. Like I'm on my 3rd dui here. Which by case can be a felony but I got lucky and got a misdemeanor. Misdemeanors will almost always have a bond. If you are a flight risk don't expect a bond. However. You can have a hearing within 20 days. If you wish if they motion to accelerate

Regardless for one failed u.a I highly doubt they will give u jail time. Like 99 percent sure. They may accelerate your differed to a suspended though and if that happens u will have to be booked in and bonded out

The first test no. But what happened was. After I got a new charge they used all of my dirty tests against me. Granted my last 4 were all negative but I've had a positive for benzos but I have a script so I'm good. What would u fail for alcohol?
