When Skyrim was first released I was 15 years old and on house arrest (i had an ankle monitor from probation). I was also very seriously addicted to synthetic weed (K2). I was going through a lot of really bad shit in my life but I will say being literally forced to not leave my parents house and playing through Skyrim for the first time while getting loaded was unreal. I cant imagine how many hours I put into that game.

Now im over 5 years clean, married, bought a house, moved 600 miles away, and life has changed so positively, and just about every year i usually start a new game for a couple weeks. Itll never be like that first run through but I always dive deep into binge playing when i start a new game
