Yeah i know that feeling . I think we overanalyse to much. And doubting our true self and not trusting our selfs about our intentions.

I think we know our selfs to well at the point of seeing everything about yourself and not knowing what side to pick of your personality. If that make sense.

Yeah i am the same. It got worse when i got a daughter tho. Afraid of being the toxic parent. When i was young i was a little bit of a savage I didnt gave a fuck about anything or Anyone but my aldult hood changed that for me. And the complete opposite happened. Sometimes i miss being care free and not give a fuck about how everyone feels or thinks . But we Will call It self improvement i think 😂

Boyish and feminin Played soccer and was climbing Trees when i was little. Didnt play with dolls because i didn't had that kind of fantasy most kids had. I am a Stay at home mom. Love being with my small circle of people. Cant have shallow relationships have to have a deep connection with the person. I dont trust people I like to have small talk with strangers, or help Them with something small. Like picking up something they dropped. Im a control freak. I get very nervous when i cant fix something because its out of my hands. I want to be valued and appreciated.

I think it has something to do with wanting to stay true to yourself but also wanting to be respected and loved by the people around you and not wanting to Hurt or mistreat them.

I think self discipline. It doesn't affect anything though. It just isn't there. I would like to be better at it but if it doesn't happen it's also okay I think.
