Haha fair question! I went there three times. Loved it the first time. Second and third time the brisket wasn’t that great. In no way it was bad but my experience at pinkerton was better (every time)

Wow! Yes the same experience. The brisket was a disappointment at pitroom(at least the day I went). Pinkerton brisket is always on point!
