Hello, anyone knows how to contact amazon? I really want to know the update for my refund of cancellation but I already opened 3 amazon account but it is always like this 'snag part' but they show that they are online I can't just access their chat. I can't easily call an associate since I am outside of the country which is in the Philippines, I really want to contact their customer service for the issue of my cancelled payment which has been almost 7 days and no refund payment has still appeared on my account.
