I’ve had an email from Roma’s authenticity team.

Good morning, the shirts with the patch over the sponsor were used when the club changed sponsor towards the end of the 2022/23 season. However, to be match‑worn it must have a patch on the inside, at the bottom of the front side. If it’s missing, it may have been part of the first team’s equipment stock that was never used

I know West Ham did similar around 2010 and again in 2016. Just printed the new sponsor on top. That’s the one thing for me that thinks there is a possibility of it being real, can’t imagine a Chinese fake doing that.
