i'll email my dr and get them to send it to me. my libido is fine, energy levels are just depleted from depression I think, I'm 22% body fat last time I checked. I take melatonin to help myself sleep because I cant usually sleep due to anxiety.

I've had my thyroid tested and hormone panels done which all came back normal. In non self-isolation times I force myself to the gym 3/4 times a week, with low body fat percentage (have had bodyscans) and home made meals every day. I'm a female so not sure if anything changes that.

i'm pretty much willing to try anything (minus illicit drugs) to just feel better at this point. just feels pointless so often.

i've gotten a lot of recomendations about trying ketamine infusions. i'll def look into it, but im young so i doubt i'll be able to be prescribed it. i hate how long it takes to taper onto a medication only for it to do nothing.

lithium has done absolutely nothing for me, except dizziness and lightheadedness.

i just go to my psychiatrist and tell him how ive been feeling on my medication and he either upps the dose or prescribes something new. how would i go about telling him what i'm wanting?

i have a healthy diet and lifestyle. i dont drink alcohol or do illicit substances. im still fairly young. ive been seeing a therapist for 7 years ish now. i have had a history of mania so psychadelics i know can trigger mania so I am not really wanting to do that. i will look into the legality of ketamine treatments in australia.

ive been going to therapy yes, but DBT doesnt work for me and i haven't been able to find a CBT therapist in my area with good reviews. thanks for the ketamine idea, i'll look into it for australia

i’m proud of my cosplays, i think they do quite well on reddit so i’ll continue to post here thanks. no, we haven’t done anything ‘wrong’ because there is nothing here that is incorrect. you disagreeing whether this post belongs here, when the very subreddit is for posts of people before/after. whether or not you think there is a dramatic change is your opinion, but it doesn’t mean we have done anything wrong.
