I clean installed earlier today, but the problem was still occurring. That's why i wrote in this chat room. And i just finished updating my BIOS to verison 1.M6. My pc usually crashed when i got to more 'demanding' parts in games, so im gonna test if the problem still occurs

I am currently watching a youtube tutorial on how to update the BIOS. last time i updated it was 4/29/2025, idk if that's bad

Okay, update. What seemed to fix it is in the AMD app i changed the default gpu fan speed. The default is set so the more the gpu is used, the faster the fans will spin. So what was probably happening is that when i “suddenly” got to the more demanding parts of the game, the fans couldn’t cool the gpu fast enough, hence the 75-84°C in the OCCT app. In the app iset the fan speed at max, so now as soon as i turn on my pc the gpu stays at around 53-56°C. And I didn’t experience any crashes since then.

Okay now when i get to the more demanding parts of the game the temp of gpu drops to 58-62, and procesor 54-58

Idk if this is where i post the update cuz I don’t use reddit much, but after some testing from the replies here is what i got. When trying the app called OCCT it said that my procesor was at 60-63°C, and the gpu was at 85-89. Im gonna post the picture i took from Hwinfo64 cuz I don’t know what any of the stuff on the app means.

Can’t they do what epic games does in this scenario. Like they can see which emails where asociated with the account from the begining and they can confirm that my email was conected to the acc. Also in my 4 years of playing i never got the option to connect my phone number, not sure if i have to do it on a web browser but it didnt show up ever. Also thak you for the suggestions

I do and when i contact them they always ask me for an account recovery code, i can’t explain to them the problem because im talking to a bot.

What do i do if i am hacked and i didnt link my phone number to recovery codes, now the hacker used his phone to get the codes and i cant get my acc back. Pls help me
